The 20-plus-carat ring designed by Lorraine Schwartz was sold at Christie’s for $749,000, considerably less than the original $2 million Humphries spent on it, but above the auction estimate of $500,000. The reality star's engagement ring from ex-husband Kris Humphries sold at a Christie's auction in NYC on Tuesday, Oct. 15 for a whopping $620,000, Us Weekly can confirm.

At least that may be the case for Kris Humphries, who still has his hands on the massive diamond ring that was previously given to ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
According Daily Mail reports, the NBA player, who won the 16-carat rectangular-cut diamond ring in the couple's June 2012 divorce, is hoping to cash in on the jewelry this fall via private auction. The bauble cost a cool $2 million at the time of purchase and is now valued at a mere $300,000 to $500,000.
A diamond sparkler matching the same description is anonymously being auctioned off by Christie's in New York, and we can't help but wonder if this is, in fact, the famous ring.

While we have yet to hear the official word from the athlete's camp, it does appear to be a pretty exact match, if you ask us! Either way, the new owner of that sizable sparkler is bound to be one lucky lady.
